المعسكر الثالث

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

طال البلاء ولم نعد نعرف أمرنا, هل نحن غارقون في اللهو أو مستضعفون فلا نجد حتى ما يحيمنا؟ أشرٌ هذا بسبب أعمالنا أم إبتلاءٌ لتهذيب أنفسنا؟ أنموت أم نستبدل؟ وغيرها من الأسئلة التي يحارب المرء نفسه فيها لكي لا يقع في الكفر لا سمح الله ليصل إلى الخلاصة التي وصلها الخطاب في سؤاله للنبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: "ألسنا على الحق وعدونا على الباطل؟" ولا يصمت عند هذا السؤال إلا من أدرك عظمة الإتباع والتسليم لأمر الله ثم الإعداد لما هو أكبر ولو بالقليل.

في مراجعتي لإحدى محاضرات الشيخ عبدالله العجيري بعنوان "كيف تألق جيل الصحابة" أعاد الشيخ انتباهي لصلح الحديبية وتفاصيله حيث ذكر تسليم الصحابة لأمر النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم رغم رغبتهم الشديدة بالقتال رغم الظروف مشابهًا لحالنا الآن لكن الفرق أننا في أوامر فيها ظلم لا كأوامر النبي التي في خيرٌ قادم لكن يوجد من التشابه عبرة لنا أهل هذا الزمان.

ختم الشيخ الكلام عن صلح الحديبية بقوله أنّ المعسكر الثالث ,والذي بدأ بأبي جندل هربا من بطش قريش, هو المعسكر الفارق الذي أثار الرعب في نفوس الكفار ودفعهم لطلبِ كف أذى هذا المعسكر عنهم وإسقاط بنود الصلح وكأن حالَ أبي جندل ومن معه هو حال جموع المقاومة في زماننا ضد أشكال الإحتلال كلها طلبا لرضى المولى وعزة الإسلام. لا يهمنا كمية الطوابير التي يتحدث عنها السياسيون والمفركون فكل الأمور تقف في أحد المعسكرات الثلاثة (إن صح التعبير) وأي صمود على الحق في ظروف ظلم القوانين وجورها هو نوع من أنواع المعسكر الثالث الذي نسأل الله أن نكون فيها في زمان الضعف هذا!

 

لا تيأسوا من روح الله

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

في أي يومِ جمعة يكون لخطبة الجمعة نصيبٌ من الأحاديث التي تدور بين الناس لأهمية يومِ الجمعة وتأثير خطبة الإمام على الحاضرين كان سلبا أم إيجابا. ولعل خطبة الجمعة لهذا اليوم كانت في محلها مهما اختلف فهمها بين الناس فقد كانت تتحدث عن اليأس في الحياة وأثره على الإيمان.

مُلَخص الخطبة هو قول الله تعالى "إِنَّهُ لَا يَيْأَسُ مِن رَّوْحِ اللَّهِ إِلَّا الْقَوْمُ الْكَافِرُونَ" وهذه كانت مما قرأه الإمام خلال الصلاة اليوم فالآية تقرِن اليأس من قدرة الله وعظمته بالكفر والكفر نقيض الإيمان وخسران الإيمان هو أعظم ما قد يخسره المرء في حياته الدنيا كمن فقد الهدف في الحياة ولم يعد يعلم ماذا يصنع.

كانت الخطبة موجهة للناس بسبب ما يحدث في غزة بعد ما بدأت معركة طوفان الأقصى في السابع من أكتوبر لهذا العام وذكّر الإمام بأن صمود أهل غزة سببه الإيمان وكأنه يقول بأن كل ما في الدنيا لم يعد ينفع. تذكرت حينها قول محمود درويش "بأن على هذه الأرض ما يستحق الحياة" لكن إخوتنا في غزة فقدوا كلَّ شيء بما فيه من يحبون فلا أعتقد أن على هذه الأرض ما يستحق الحياة لولا إيمانهم بالله, ثم تذكرت قول المصطفى "طوبى للغرباء" واصفا المؤمنين في آخر الزمان وثباتهم على الحق.

لا نُزَكّي على الله أحدا لكنّ طوبى لأهل غزة ونسأل الله أن يثبتنا على الحق وأن لا يفتتنا في ديننا.

ضبط الذات حرية

 مرَّ يوم عاشوراء بهدوء ككثير من أيام صيام النافلة لكنه لا يمر بشكل عاديٍ عليَّ دون أن أفكر بأن عليَّ الصوم تهذيبا لنفسي إضافة إلى طلبِ رضى المولى عز وجل.

يقول علي بيكوفتش في كتاب الإسلام بين الشرق والغرب: "أما الصيام فهو التعبير الأسمى عن الإرادة, إنَّهُ عملٌ صادرٌ عن الحرية, هذه الحرية هي الدلالة الأعظم للصيام, وليس أي سبب طبّي" ولعل هذا الكلام هو أعظم ما قيل عن الصيام في العصر الحديث. ولعلَّ ما يدعم هذا الكلام ما قيل في كتاب مفهوم الحرية لعبدالله العروي حيث يقول الكاتب: "لا تكتمل الإنسانية في الفرد إلا إذا شُرِّفَ بالتكليف, أي إذا أصبح قادرا على الانضباط لقواعد وأوامر السماء" وفي ذلك دلالة على أن الإنسان المسلم يصل إلى أعلى درجات الحرية ما دام واعيا بتكليفه أمام الله فلا يرضى بالظلم سواء لنفسه أو غيره وفي حالة الصيام نرى أن الإنسان يعلم أن صيامه ليس مجرد طاعة وإنما ابتعاد عن ما لا ترضاه النفس البشرية لنفسها ما دامت واعية بعلوِّها عن باقي المخلوقات.

وضبط الذات جزء من ضبط مخترعات البشر في زمن بدأ الناس يرون ما يحلمون به واقعا فترى الآلات تفكر عنك وتجيبك بل قد تقودك لما لا تعرف نفعه أو ضره, كل الأمور مرتبطة بِك فابدأ بنفسك دائمًا.

IFS Algorithm

Have you ever tried to explain your code to someone? And once you are done, people look at you like “Oh! this is darn simple you stupid” but when you apply some sophisticated jargon people suddenly respect you and start wondering how did you do that what a prodigy!

People in tech always through jargons even for the most simple things even if they don’t know what it means and more miserable are those who know their work is not worth it so they try to make it look complex for the sake of getting respect and attention.

Based on that one we can have a cool name for the most simple solution of them all by using IF conditions everywhere and we shall call that solution “IFS Algorithm” to make people impressed by our approach believing it is complicated though it is the expected for any simple logic in computer science! 

To make it more sophisticated, here is a simple code for the IFS algorithm!

This reminds me of the days when people thought JavaScript is only good via a framework and didn’t believe people could write code directly with plain JavaScript and build up from their so one developer created a website called http://vanilla-js.com/ to make plain JavaScript looks like a framework to make people believe in it. I believe the term Vanilla JavaScript came or popularized because of this website.

Extending the Front-End Engineer role

Seriously Front-End Engineers need to handle more than the client side application where they only update the UI and send AJAX requests to get data, yes some application require an experience person to handle some serious interaction like interactive games or financial apps with so many charts but still Front-End Engineers to be part of some stuff that considered ambiguous for people who should handle just because it is related to UI and they don't like dealing UI or anything close to it.

Some of what I'm going to say was part of what some companies used to call Web Engineer but anyway let's kick it to the topic.

For example:

• DevOps: FEEs need to have knowledge about what is CORS and how to allow servers to give access to their apps specially if there is an edge case like calling a proxy API.
• System Design: knows your main components in the app and start drawing them, draw how state management is handled, draw how fetching data from local cache work and so, do what others brag about and don't know how to do!
• Cloud Engineering: not sure if this is the right term but you need to know how to prepare your own container and deploy it, setup a basic CDN, setting a pipeline and storing the package in the a bucket or an FTP server or what ever, just learn some cloud development basics please.

If you don't like doing this for your own sake at least do it so they won't say you are not working!

I might make it a full post with some examples and for those who are already part of such things please share your experience.

The Brogrammer Phenomenon

So geeks and nerds are known to be awkward specially geeks and programmers are geeks by nature because they are mostly introverts or because they just like to enjoy some solo activities quietly like reading a book or playing video games or maybe learning a new thing for work (yes private time is for learning in this career!) and so far it is ok and fun to be in such a position where you can find fellow geeks and enjoy the nice little thing productively.

Nowadays with the rise of big companies and the way they changing the world and affecting our lives people want some of what some called it "The Revenge of The Nerds", everyone wants the big money everyone wants to be cool and hip again and everybody wants to brag about the secret life of the nerds that people are wondering how it changed the world and how it is nicer than the way that the rest of the world is living. This wave of nerd winning brought us what I like to call the "Brogrammer Phenomenon".

Now companies wants a good PR, looking good will attract customers and will create a crowd of loyally blind people that want to be part of your movement (see Google and Facebook as a clear example) and that's what the nerds did with their companies in a way that drove people to crazy preparations to be part of the nerds and this is where it all started!

People started to talk about their journey to prepare for the interview and how some of them managed to get a job without a previous experience or a degree making it look so good even though it is just an entry level job or maybe just an internship, I'm not mocking their achievement but I don't the brag here which created a wave of people who want to talk about the Utopian life that everyone should have by having such a job and focus on how eat good, look good, and spend good leveraging the PR of the work life balance and the social media trends to get more audience.

Nowadays we don't have programmers we have BROGRAMMERS! People who focus on how to look and how programmers have a different mind and life where in fact these BROGRAMMERS are just copy cats who wants attention through social media and the misery of others who are watching them and guess what? they are toxic to work with because they spend time talking about nonsense and being lame and fill everything with jargons they don't even understand to impress the naive people around.

Trust me when it comes to hard work these people would fail and their videos about cool features in VS Code or the hottest new framework won't get them anywhere so please focus on being a PROGRAMMER not a BROGRAMMER.

Note: this is a criticism to the toxic actions by everyone following the paradigm and not to be confused with the "Brogrammer Culture" in the US where people mix programming with activities like drinking and chasing women or even being sexist.

 

Update: after writing this article I stumbled upon a Reddit post for someone finding an article titled "SQL vs. CSS What’s the Difference? Which Is Better?" and guess what? The article exist! Now you can see what this phenomenon is getting us.

It's all about perspective

There is a quote by Tupac Shakur that I find really inspiring, it says "Just because you lost me as a friend, doesn't mean you gained me as an enemy. I'm bigger then that, I still wanna see you eat, just not at my table".

Such words are strong because people change but that doesn't mean they become bad! Your perception of them is short and that's why you think they are bad though they become better and bigger.

I like this way as it shows how people grow in silence and surprise others while these days people calling this as passive aggressive encouraging people to be toxic by not trusting anyone and make trouble instead of minding their own business somewhere else!

It's all about perspective my friend, all about perspective!

The "Family" Developer

 Many of you, if not all, know about the Fast and Furious movies and the cliche of the family where it become a world wide meme where people make fun of Dom Torreto character and the family thing.

Now as a software engineer I can see Dom almost everywhere in my career, you know that guy who always underestimate the work and when he gets in trouble he start asking for help saying words like "come on man it won't take 5 mins to deploy forget about testing" in a downplay tone thinking he's your friend so it's ok to do that since it's logical to him and he deserves to be covered up to look good in front of others. Will this guy is the "Family" developer.

Now such developers makes our life harder, why? Will you will say because they are not smart which is not right as some of them is aware he is wrong and kinda knows the right action so it's not about being smart. So what is? It's their disrespect to other's work and to the engineering culture inside the team and to the global community, I'm not trying here to over complicate things but trying to make things faster by downplaying others work and allow a path to mess things up is not ok and even if you have to you need to discuss your opinion with the other side and put a plan to avoid such things as much as you can (unless you have a bad management/business team then good luck lol).

At the end software engineers needs to be both exact and creative not reckless and oblivious like a mechanic so try to be that and stop missing around!

كنت قد اقتربت من انهاء كتاب "عرائس الشعر" طلبا لمعرفة بعد الأدب بشكل عام والغزل العذري بشكل خاص وإذ بي أنشدُ بعض الأبيات رثاءً بمن كان في يومٍ يملئ المكان والوجدان لعل هذه الأبيات تشفي ما في القلب من مرارة.

أشكو إلى الله البعد عنهمُ ... كما شكى قيس بُعدَ لبنى
أشكو بحرارةٍ من ضيق صدري ... شكوى اليتيمِ فقد الوالدينا
في القلب غُصَّةٌ كادت أن ... تصيبني بما أصابَ مجنون ليلى

لا أمنّي النفس بما لا تملك فقد صدق من قال "ما ليس لكَ حرامٌ عليك" ولست أدعوا بما لا يرضي الله رغم ضعفي كإنسان لكنّ الشعر هنا تزكيةٌ للنفس لترتقي لعلها تكون ممن قال فيهم الصدّيق "علموا أولادكم الشعر فإنه يعلمهم مكارم الأخلاق".

Classic Programmer Paintings

The Credit Paradox

I'm writing this as a sign of growing up enough to be able to share my opinion in a way that can help others grow and not to punish them or just nag about my problems, so here we go.

 

When I was a kid I remember watching a clip on TV from an award show where one guy took the mic and said that production companies and movie theaters should keep the credits rolling no matter what, obviously not for the audience since they do not care but for the crew who worked on the movie and would like to feel recognized and appreciate.

Years later I grew up to realize how true that statement was, even though I don't work in a media related field but the main idea can touch any worker on this planet and as a software engineer who spend most of his time working from a desk with almost no noticeable interaction with others I think I need to see my name in the credits a.k.a. team planning docs, email updates and leadership meetings so I can achieve something meaningful in my career to be proud of, I know its tough for manager to represent the individuals reporting to them but ICs (individual contributeres) need full support from their managers to grow because that's what "managing people" is all about.

I have worked most of my career as an IC so I'm not here to tell others how to do their job but I'm able to advice them how enhance it and I believe I can tell any manager what makes them a great manager by telling them how to gain the loyalty of their team!

First thing first, make the 1:1s and standups meaningful and please don't waste time by asking for updates that does not concern anyone but you.

Second, please invest in the people you manage by mentoring them and funding their learning resources.

Three, don't push them without telling them why! we all know managers get pushed by their managers in a chain of douches pushing each other but that does not mean you can't cut that chain at your end and be reasonable with the team for sometime!.

Four, when the team do mistakes tell them and don't just punish them in the background without their knowledge, this is the worst that can happen to an IC!

Finally, when they grow you grow so don't be that selfish and relax! your turn will come as theirs!

I can talk more and more about this but I won't though I'm waiting for the time I become a manager to prove to everyone that I can do it better.

عامٌ جديد وأهداف جديدة

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

كنت بصدد كتابة قائمة بما أتمنى أن أنجزه لهذا العام (عام 2021) لكني ترددت درئا "للدراما" من جهة والابتعاد عن التقليد الأعمى لما ينتشر في العالم من جهة أخرى ولكن إذا كنت أريد وضع قائمة بأهدافي وربطها بإطار زمني محدد كنت سأبدأ من رمضان كما نصح أحد الأصدقاء مرة لعظم هذا الشهر الفضيل في الاسلام ولحديث النبي -صلى الله عليه وسلم- عن ما يكفره صوم رمضان من الذنوب.

ومهما كانت الأهداف فلا قيمة لها إن لم تكن لوجه الله تعالى تيمنا بحديث "إنما الأعمال بالنيات" الذي استحب أهل العلم أن يكون هذا الحديث بداية المصنفات والكتب (انظر) ﻷهميته في حياة المسلم الذي يسعى في الأرض طلبا لرضى الله في كل حركة وفي كل حرف وفي كل عمل مهما كان.

أما عن ما أرغب في تحقيقه فهو بسيط ﻷهل الهمم (أدعوا الله أن أكون منهم) عصيب على أهل الكسل والشقاء (أعوذ بالله أن أكون منهم) والقائمة بالنسبة لي كالتالي:

• قراءة المزيد من الكتب حيث أقوم بتتبع ما أقرأ على موقع Goodreads كنوعٍ من التحفيز.
• الحصول على شهادات في مواضيع تهمني في العمل كاستخدام الخدمات السحابية من شركة Amazon أو فهم لغة الجافا بشكل أعمق.
• حضور مجالس العلم الشرعي وتعويض ما فاتني بسبب تقصيري وانشغالي.
• خسارة بعض الوزن حفاظا على الصحة ﻷن جسمي أمانة من الخالق.
• الزواج من فتاة صالحة أأسس معها بيتا يرضي الله.

بعض الأمور منطقية وغير مستحيلة بتوفيقٍ من الله مع المثابرة, هذا ما كان في خاطري وما كتبته إلا تذكرة لنفسي لا لشيء آخر ولعلها تكون دافعا لغيري في وضع أهدافٍ مفيدة لحياتهم.

I would like to share some papers (or articles) that I've wrote during my MSc studies, not the best but I was trying to ease the pain of collecting the information on the topics covered which is a main problem for many people specially those in the industry. BTW this is not an official publishing but its better than nothing since I'm not sure what to do next.

تفاصيل التفاصيل, بين السذاجة والجهل

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

نعتاد في العيد أن نرى مظاهر كثيرة منها الصحيح ومنها الخطأ وكثيرٌ منّا لا يكترث في معظم الأحيان بحجة "العيد فرحة خلي الناس تفرح". رغم أنّ العبارة تخرج بنية طيبة لكنّها ليست صحيحة وعلينا أن نهتم لتصرفاتنا وتصرفات من حولنا بالقدر الممكن في جميع الأوقات مع مراعاة الظرف لتجنب أي سوء فهم قد يؤدي ﻷمرٍ عكسي.

في ثاني أيام العيد ظهر الدكتور إياد القنيبي في بثٍ قصير المدة ينبّه متابعينه على خطأ يراه في لفظ تكبيرات العيد, الفيديو ذَكَر أخطاءً كالمد في كلمة "أكبر" فتصبح" آكابر"^[1] ونبه أن مثل هذه الأخطاء تغير المعنى المراد من التكبير. كان الفيديو مفيدا ويحمل نصيحة جميلة في زمن ضعفت معرفةُ القومِ بلغتهم, على صعيدٍ آخر ظنّ أحدُ الأصدقاء أنّ الفيديو فيه بعض المغالاة فكان لي حديث بسيطٌ مع هذا الصديق أردت فيه شرح أهمية اللغة وأهمية توعية الناس للأخطاء اللغوية.

أهمية اللغة قديمة جدا لما لها أثر في تعزيز هوية المسلم^[2] وفهمه لدينه ومحيطه بل كان اللحن (أي الخطأ في الكلام) مذموما لدرجة أنّ بعض الصحابة لم يضربوا أبنائهم الا على اللحن!, ونرى أثر اللحن واضحا عند غير العرب من المسلمين كلاعب الكرة النيجري يحيى توريه الذي يعرفه العالم باسم يايا توريه بل أنّ بعض المسلمين في العالم يخطئ في اللفظ ويظنّ أنّ لفظه صحيح ورأيت ذلك خلال ترحالي إذ ركبت مع سائقٍ في أمريكا من غينيا اسمه عبدالله لكنه يلفظها "أبدولايا" وتكتب على تطبيق التوصيل بشكل مختلف عن عبدالله مما يجعل اسمه مختلفا تماما عن عبدالله.

أهمية اللغة وأثرها يصل إلى أمور كثيرة قد تفاجئك, مثلا الاختلاف الفقهي في الفتاوى بين العلماء كثيرٌ من أساسه لغوي!, مثلا مسألة تحريك السبابة أثناء التشهد في الصلاة له أكثر من طريقة عند أهل العلم والسبب الاختلاف اللغوي وهذا كان واضحا عند شرح الدكتور عثمان الخميس للموضوع في فيديو قصير على قناته على اليوتيوب.

في النهاية أحب أن أنصح القارئ ببعض المصادر التي تساهم في الحفاظ على العربية في زمن يتم الاستهتار بها من قبل أهلها قبل غيرهم, المصادر كالتالي:

1.  عندما ذَكَر الدكتور هذا الخطأ تذكرت أحد شخصيات مسلسل علاء الدين الكرتوني الذي أنتجته شركة ديزني في التسعينات. ربما يبدو هذا الخطأ مضحكًا لكنّه حقيقي فترى البعض في الهند ينادون أصدقائهم المسلمين بـ"عبدول" بدلا من عبدالبارئ مثلا أو عبدالله مما جعل اسم "عبدول" متداولا بين كثير من الناس التي تجهل باللغة العربية.
2. كرّم الله العربية بأن جعلها لغة القرآن وبالتالي لغة المسلمين لكنّ بعض المسلمين ينسون ذلك ويذكرون أهميتها لهم كعرب والتركيز العرقي مظلة ضيقة تفرّق أكثر مما تجمع.

هادم اللذّات

هادم اللذّات(1), هذا ما وصف به النبي الكريم -عليه الصلاة والسلام- الموت ﻷصحابه وذكّرهم بأنه يشعرهم بسعة رغم الضيق ﻷنه أصعب ما تعرفه البشرية ويجعل من كل الصعاب أمرا سهلا لكل سَويّ.

هذا الأمر معروف حتى للماديّن فترى أحدهم يكتب(2) فصلا كاملا عنه في أحد كتبه ويقتبس كلاما لمشاهير(3) وعن تجربتهم مع الموت وكيف تغيرت حياتهم للأفضل بسبب أنهم كانوا قريبين من مفارقة هذا العالم الماديّ.

في ظروفٍ حرجة كالظروف التي نمر بها الآن بسبب فايروس كورونا لا أستطيع الا أن أستحقر ما يتم نشره على الانترنت لأشخاص يرقصون وهم يحملون التابوت(4) مما يؤدي للاستهزاء بالموت وربما قتل أحد حواسك.

لا يهم من أي ناحية تنظر للموت لكن لا يمكن الاستهانة به بل يجب أن تتخذه سببا لتصبح أفضل ولربما الظروف التي نمر بها فرصة لنتذكر أننا فانون وعلينا أن نصبح أفضل من ما نحن عليه سواء في علاقتنا مع الله أو مع من هم حولنا وحتى مع أنفسنا.

وفي النهاية ما يكتب هو تذكرة لنفسي قبل أي شيء.

Microsoft Vs. Valve (from my point of view)

So Microsoft think that Valve is going into something really hard for them?

Oh really ? Lets go back in time a little bit when Microsoft released the Xbox ...

1- They didn't have any freaking exclusives .actually they had some stupid ones, I remember that they bought the rights for DinoCrisis which was really a great success for Capcom and turned it into one of the most stupid games EVER !! (Please don't say Halo cause the first two original games were playable on windows and in my opinion if it's on windows it's not exclusive cause most of the world is using windows as an OS)

2- When Xbox came out Sony was taking more than 50% of the market! even the mighty Nintendo couldn't do anything to it !! (And in my opinion Microsoft & Nintendo were lucky 'cause Sony didn't bring anything new to the PS3 like what Microsoft & Nintendo did to the Xbox360 and Wii)

3- Again they were LUCKY because Sony didn't add that much of change on the PS and they used the XNA weapon which is a genius way to get more customers

4- I'm a Sony fan so when it comes to games Microsoft can go away :P

And now let's move to Valve !, I think they have a really good shot to make it in the console industry

1- They already got the HIT exclusives like Half-Life, Left 4 Dead, Portal, and those games got a big fan-base so they will get some attention.

2- They made the source engine usable for the animators and that will help them to get some fresh minds to help them in the development process

3- After reading about the Steam Controller I really want to try it!

4- The market is kinda fair nowadays, there's no ruling company, like Sony back in a day, and everybody has a fair share (Kinda)

But lets be honest , developing a new OS will be a challenge specially there are making a Linux-based one so they have to work hard to make it unique #MyOpinion

Microsoft response on Valve's move into consoles:

عبادة المعونات - Cargo Cult

Cargo Cult: مصطلح يدل على الأفعال المبنية على تقليد الآلات والمنشئات التابعة لها (بالتحديد الطائرات الحربية والمطارات) بشكل دقيق أملا في أن تمطر السماء بالمعونات!.

هذه الثقافة (إن صح وصفها بذلك) نتجت في الجزر النائية التي كانت في دائرة أرض ساحة المعركة للحرب العالمية الثانية والتي لم ير سكانها الأصليون أي زائر غريب عنهم من قبل, بدأت القصة مع الجيش الياباني ومعداته وانتهى بقوات الحلفاء حيث كان يقوم كل من الأطراف بإنشاء قواعد عسكرية ومن الطبيعي امداد هذه القواعد بالمواد الغذائية التي ترميها الطائرات (Cargos) وكان الجنود يشاركون بعض هذه المواد الغذائية وغيرها مع السكان الأصليين.

عند انتهاء الحرب غادرت القوات المتحاربة آخذة معها كل معداتها تاركة السكان المحليين ليعيشوا وحدهم من جديد لكن السكان كانوا بحاجة للمعونات الغذائية الهابطة من السماء فقاموا بتقليد كل ما كانوا يشاهدونه من قبل الجنود فصنعوا أبراج المراقبة من الخيزران والسماعات الخشبية بل قاموا بصنع مجسم لطائرة من الخيزران (كما في الصورة أدناه) أملا في أن تهبط المعونات الغذائية من السماء!

 

في زماننا الحديث يقوم بعض مطوري البرامج باستخدام مصطلح الـ"Cargo Culting" في دلالة على تقليد الحل ودمجه مع برمجيتك الحالية إلى أن تستوعب مدى أهميته لبرنامجك... عجيب!.

الأصنام لن تزول

كأي مسلم, عندما تَحضُر كلمة صنم على مسمعي فهي تعني لي تلك التماثيل التي كان يعبدها أهل الجزيرة قبل الإسلام, تماثيل كانوا يصنعونها بأياديهم من الحجارة والخشب وأحيانا من التمر ومن ثم يقومون بعبادتها ظنا منهم أنها ستؤثر على مسار حياتهم وترزقهم, البعض يقول أنهم كانوا مؤمنين بالله لكنهم لم يعرفوا دربا لدعائه فبنوا الأصنام ظنا منهم أنها حلقة الوصل بينهم وبين الله, أسباب صنع التماثيل كثيرة, فمنها من هو تخليدٌ لشخص رحل وقد خلّف أثرا عظيما ومنها من هو تصويرٌ لمشهدٍ أراد من رآه أن يشاركه مع غيره ليحفر في ذاكرتهم قصةً أو حكمة معينة لكن البعض ينسى الهدف الرئيسي للتمثال فيقوم بتقديسه وجعله جزءا من حياتهم مما يؤدي لعبادته وأظن من هنا جاء لفظ "صنم" الذي يدل على غرضٍ أساء الناس فهم وجوده ومع الزمن انتهوا بعبادته.

الأصنام لم تمت بعد, الأصنام منتشرة في كل مكان وتتغير أشكالها يوماً بعد يوم. أصنام زماننا متطورة إذ تقوم بجعلنا نتواصل مع بعضنا البعض وتقوم بعرض كل ما هو مسلٍ فيكون إدمان استعمالها سهلا والتخلي عنها صعبا. نشعر بالنقص من دونها رغم أننا من نتحكم بها وبمحتواها ونحن أساس حياتها...

رسالة إلى ولدي الذي لم يولد بعد

 يلعن أبوك يابا...

في ذكرى ميلاد الهدى

وكم من شاب سمع قصص الرسول والصحابة وقال في ذاته أن الوصول لذلك المستوى من التقوى والالتزام صعب وبعضهم يراه محال!.

فلتعلم يا عزيزي أن كثيرا من الصحابة كان لا يتبع الصواب وكان بعضهم تائها في سواد الجاهلية حتى جاء النبي الكريم داعيا أهل الجزيرة للتكفير عن ذنوبهم والتفكر في أوامر رب العالمين لإصلاح حالهم وبناء مجتمع صالح لمن يأتي بعدهم.

فلا تيأس واجعل ذكرى ميلاده -صلى الله عليه وسلم- فرصة للتفكر في مضمون رسالته واجعلها فرصة لملئ فراغ الأمل الذي فقدته في يومٍ ما.
